All orders are posted on the next business day.
You can choose from two shipping methods:
Standard Post (Australia Post), this costs $8 and can take between 1-8 business days depending on your area. Most east coast destinations are within 4 days.
Express Shipping (Australia Post), this costs $12 and can take up to 3 business days depending on your area but most metro addresses are 1 day and most rural addresses are 2 days. This is not a guaranteed overnight service.
All orders are posted from Brisbane.
Wholesale orders may take from 2 to 7 days to make, we then ship using the same 2 shipping methods as above.
Yes! We only use surgical grade stainless steel on the bits that go through your ears.

Yes of course! Please contact us at hallowgorgeousboutique@gmail.com if you have any concern with your purchased item. We will help arrange an refund for your item or arrange a repair or replacement (if possible) or a credit.
Yes! We can arrange for you to swap the item, receive a credit to use at a later date or give a full refund should you feel the item is not what you were expecting. Please note though, initial postage costs and return postage costs are NOT refunded if you change your mind or aren’t happy with the colours.
Please also note that we do our best to depict each product as close to reality on our website. Due to the difference in devices used to view each product and the settings on each device, it’s not always possible to guarantee you are seeing the images as intended. There is also a worded description of the colours in each product – please check these match with what you think you are seeing in the image. Many of our products are hand made, so may vary slightly from the photo.
