Important Information

We aim to provide quality costume jewellery at a low price and recommend that all jewellery should be handled carefully. All jewellery should be put on after applying hair products and body creams, perfume and make up and removed before engaging in any activities such as sport, housework or bathing. We also recommend putting it on last and removing it first when dressing and undressing.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

We Reserve The Right:

1. To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
2. That all orders are subject to availability of stock
3. To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide

Returns

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange (anything other than earrings) providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased. For health and hygiene reasons, pieces must not have been worn.
3. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
4. All our products are  personally inspected and quality checked before being shipped and we offer a 30 day product quality guarantee on all products

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Guide we do not refund items due to change of mind.
